You Can Make a
Heartfelt Difference

Heart disease remains the leading cause of deaths in Australia. People who have survived a cardiac event such as a heart attack are twice as likely to die prematurely compared to the general population, making secondary heart disease prevention essential.

Your Healthy Hearts challenge or fundraiser will help Heart Support Australia to provide support, information and encouragement to Australian cardiac patients, reducing their risk of a secondary cardiac event.

Join our Larapinta Trek Heart Starter Challenge

Get your heart started with excitement on this adventurous, bucket-list challenge in Australia's Red Centre. On this fully supported adventure you will trek the legendary Larapinta Trail, experiencing the ancient landscape of the West MacDonnell Ranges. Each of our trekkers will be raising awareness and funds for Heart Support Australia to continue providing essential peer support, information and encouragement for patients, families and carers affected by heart disease.
